We hereby invite you to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Cumulux Paragliding Club.

At our AGM on 8 February, the required two-thirds of the association's members were not represented. It is therefore planned to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting. The same agenda must remain in force. The decision taken at this meeting will be approved by a simple majority.

Under the new Associations Act 2023, a person cannot represent just one person.

Members may be represented at the General Meeting by another member.
